About Kei Events
Aricka Dean spent 15 years running large operations for Walmart, Jet's Pizza, Burger King, and Pancheros Mexican Grill before founding Kei Events in 2020. The leadership and logistics skills she built in corporate carried straight over into planning the kind of events her own family loved coming to. Today she runs Kei Events as a true one-stop event shop in Champaign County.
From bounce houses and giant games to catering coordination, balloon artists, and cake decorators, Kei Events handles every moving piece. Aricka has planned everything from kids' birthdays to corporate gatherings to a three-day family reunion for 200 guests in Chicago. If it is an event worth throwing, it is worth planning right.

Aricka prefers at least two weeks notice for full event planning. Shorter timelines can often be accommodated with a more limited selection of services. For bounce house and equipment rentals alone, same-week availability is often possible.
Kei Events handles all vendor bookings. Catering, balloon artists, cake decorators, shelters, tents, and specialty rentals all run through Aricka so clients have one point of contact.
A three-day family reunion for 200 guests in Chicago. Day 1 was a meet-and-greet at a five-star downtown hotel, Day 2 was a picnic at Six Flags Great America, and Day 3 was a vintage-themed banquet at a venue designed to look like an old church and an upside-down Noah's Ark.
