Tell us about the birthday
Whose birthday, what age, how many guests, what they would love. The more you tell us, the better the plan.
We build the plan
Venue, decor, activities, food, bounce house. Custom to the birthday person. We send you a written plan and cost to approve.
You celebrate, we run it
Setup happens before guests arrive. You enjoy the party as a guest. We handle everything else from first bounce to final cleanup.

What ages do you plan parties for?
All of them. We have planned parties for toddlers, elementary-age kids, teenagers, young adults, and milestone birthdays for guests in their 60s and 70s. Aricka tailors each plan to the guest of honor, not a one-size-fits-all template.
Can you do bounce houses and decor together?
Yes. This is what we do best. Bounce houses, balloon decor, themed tablescapes, activity stations - all coordinated together so the day flows instead of feeling like separate rentals cobbled together.
Do you handle the catering?
We coordinate it. Kei Events books and manages your caterer, cake decorator, and any specialty food vendors so you have one point of contact instead of five separate vendor relationships to manage. For full event planning, this is always included.
How far ahead should I book a kids' birthday?
Two weeks minimum, three to four weeks ideal. Weekend dates during spring and summer book up fast, especially when a bounce house is involved. If you are planning a milestone birthday with a larger guest list, give us four to six weeks so we have full vendor flexibility.
What if it rains?
For outdoor bounce houses, we have a weather policy and will work with you to reschedule. For full event planning, we always build a contingency: an indoor backup venue or a tent option when weather is a real risk. We do not leave rain as a surprise problem for the morning of your event.
