What size corporate events do you plan?
From small team lunches to events of 200 or more. We have coordinated company-wide reunions and multi-vendor conferences. The process is the same regardless of headcount: one point of contact, one clear proposal, full day-of execution.
Do you invoice corporate clients differently?
Yes. We offer net 30 payment terms and itemized invoices for corporate clients, which makes it straightforward to run through accounts payable. Contact us to discuss billing before we send a proposal.
Can you do outdoor corporate events with inflatables and games?
Absolutely. Bounce houses, giant games, tents, and full outdoor setup are a favorite combination for company picnics and summer team days. We coordinate the rentals, setup, and breakdown so your team just shows up.
How far in advance should we book a corporate event?
Four to six weeks minimum for events with 50 or more guests. Smaller gatherings can often be turned around in two to three weeks. The sooner you reach out, the more vendor options we have available.
Do you sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements?
Yes. For brand activations, product launches, and events where confidentiality matters, we sign confidentiality agreements before planning begins. Just let us know when you reach out.
